If you’re like so many of my clients, friends, colleagues (hell, even me), you’re probably a high achiever. With high standards for yourself — and the work you do. You like to do things well. And you like to do a LOT of things. At once.

We can so easily get caught up in the storm of ‘doing’ that our bodies and minds don’t have time to catch up, let alone rest. But eventually, they alert us: exhaustion, illness, pain — and we’re forced to stop.
